Dematerialized a share certificate held by a senior citizen
3PM team again got a chance to help a 75-year-old lady, Mrs. Kasturi, from a small village to change a company share certificate into digital form. This process, called dematerialization, was not simple at all. The first step was to open a demat account, but even that became a big challenge. Her signature did not match properly, and the forms were rejected many times. Each rejection meant starting again, explaining things, and guiding her patiently. Although, not correct, I had to forge her signature to match with the documents just to ensure the paper work gets completed.
It took a lot of effort, but slowly, step by step, everything was corrected. Finally, her account was opened and the shares were moved into it. Now those shares are safe in her demat account, and she has full freedom to sell them whenever she wishes
This journey showed how difficult financial processes can be for elderly people in villages, but it also proved that with patience and persistence, they too can enjoy the benefits of modern systems. In the end, it was not just about shares—it was about giving her independence and peace of mind.

3PM team solved one more mystery. Mr. Vinod, was holding a share certificate of RELTD company and was not able to dematerialize the same. The initial attempt to get it dematerialize bu IIFL securities was not successful due to KYC problems and the original share certificate got stuck in Head Office in Mumbai.
3PM team understood the problem and crafted a deeply personalized and persistent effort to help an individual dematerialize his legacy share certificates, navigating through a web of regulatory, logistical, and identity-related hurdles with precision and resilience.
The first challenge was to get the original share certificate from IIFL head office to Bangalore and cancel the surrender form. Later we went ahead and created a Demat account with Angel Broking. The problems did not end there; the name on share certificate was different from the records on PAN and banking documents.
We decided to proactively prepare affidavits, collected notarized documentation, and engaged in meticulous correspondence with both the RTA (Registered Transfer Agent) and DP (Depository Participant). The alignment process was not just technical—it was a strategic exercise in compliance and legal clarity.
Midway through, we encountered an unexpected yet another hurdle. Mr. Vinod had shared the address of his village near Belagavi district. Since there was nobody at home to collect the documents/original certificates, the postal package got misplaced. Multiple attempts were made to track in the postal package from Bailhongal post office to Hyderabad postal regional hubs.
Finally the postal package was traced and our determination ensured the parcel was retrieved intact and delivered safely, saving both value and time.
What began as a routine dematerialization request transformed into a case study in problem-solving and stakeholder coordination. Mr. Vinod was able to sell his shares finally and as a token of appreciation rewarded the 3PM team.

Today marks a truly special milestone for *3PM Charity*; we have successfully distributed a total of 500 meals, since we started in May 2023, to those in need! This achievement fills our hearts with immense happiness and gratitude.
When we started *3PM Charity* back in May 2023, our goal was simple: to help people who need it most. Giving out these meals is not just about food-it’s about showing care and support to our community. Every smile we see reminds us that even small actions can make a big difference.
I want to thank my entire family (Mother, Wife, Daughters, Nieces, Sister, Sister-in-law, and Brother; including all 3PM clients who helped 3PM team reach this goal. Whether you gave your time, donated food, or told others about our work, you played an important part. This happiness and gratitude is cherished by the entire 3PM family.
Reaching 500 meals motivates us to keep going. We hope to help even more people in the future and continue spreading happiness, one meal at a time.

The First Anniversary of 3PM Charity
We are filled with profound happiness and gratitude, as we complete one year of dedicated charity work. In the past one year we have distributed home cooked food for 293 needy people and this would not have been possible without the support of my family. In addition, i would like to thank all the 3PM clients who have donated to this noble cause.
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Together, we have made a significant impact, and together, we will continue to make a difference. While we celebrate this milestone, we recognize that there is still much work to be done.
Over the past year, we have strived to make a difference in the lives of those in need of food, and this journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

The 250th meal
Yet another sense of satisfaction to the 3PM team. Today we completed yet another small milestone of clocking 250+ meals distribution (since we started in May 2023).
Acts of kindness and generosity towards others can often be deeply fulfilling and can foster feelings of empathy, gratitude, and connection with others.
It can provide a sense of purpose and meaning that transcends individual ego.
More we do these acts it will cultivate humility and a broader perspective on life, which can certainly help diminish ego-centric tendencies.
Overall, 3pm charity has often lead to a more balanced and compassionate outlook on life.
Message is to encourage more folks in charitable acts and feel a sense of satisfaction and joy from helping those in need. Our next milestone will be to reach 500 meals distribution.

The Golden Crossover
It brings me immense joy to share with you a moment of celebration and pride as 3PM team acknowledges the remarkable achievement of one of our client, Mr. Venky. He has indeed surpassed all expectations with his exceptional proficiency.
During his final year of BCom, Venky had approached 3PM showing interest in Money Management Course. He successfully completed the course with dedication, passion and commitment.
He is now working for a tech company in the accounts department. Venky visited 3PM office with a big box filled with Kaju Katli sweets and shared his invest journey which has just started.
” Sir, I made a profit of 4K using golden crossover technique. I remember and practice all the things you have thought me in Money Management Course”. This statement gave me goosebumps; this is what 3PM wants to achieve. Spread the knowledge of financial literacy.

Happiness Personified
3PM team has successfully solved yet another difficult problem. Mr. Gopal, a retired bank official in his late 70’s, was struggling to dematerialize the shares he was holding with a renewable energy company. The share certificate was surrendered to a brokerage firm who could not solve the problem and the transfer got rejected multiple times with reason, “signature mismatch”.
After multiple failed attempts, he reached out to 3PM team through a known contact. 3PM team coordinated with Angel Broking office in Bangalore and explained the problem to their executive. 3PM team acted as liaison between Mr. Gopal (residing in Belgaum district) and angel broking team (office in Bangalore). After 2 months of effort, the results were seen in the month of Jan 2024.
The stock was finally dematerialized and was sold at a profitable price. Mr. Gopal had to pay a small fee for the service offered by Angel Broking.
However, 3PM did not charge any fees for these efforts which is in line with our firm’s vision. Yet again, we were able to help individuals who need assistance with their personal finances.

Speechless Lecture
My business trip to Bailhongal Taluk in Belagavi District was indeed memorable. Got an opportunity to visit “Baapuji Pre-university and Degree College” and speak about personal finance.
The large room was filled with students from PUC, B.Com, BA streams and the entire college staff including the principal attended the session. It was a great pleasure to share my journey of financial freedom with disciplined and goal based investments.
The session lasted for close to an hour and I was able to talk about different financial instruments covering; Bank Deposits, Post Office Deposits, Government Schemes, Mutual Funds, Stocks.
I would like to thank the principal and the entire college management for providing me an opportunity to speak about personal finance.

The 100th meal
It is a great sense of satisfaction to distribute food to the needy people or feeding the poor. ‘3PM Charity’ is making an effort to provide one meal for atleast 15 needy souls on first Sunday/Saturday of every month. Today we complete a small milestone of clocking 100+ meals distribution (aggregated from past few months).
It is not a simple task, food is cooked at home by 3PM family members and distributed on a two-wheeler (every family member participates in this noble cause; from kids to senior citizens; from cooking to packing and finally distribution).
A huge thanks to my mother (who is nearing 70 years), for driving this initiative by cooking tasty healthy meals on every occasion.
Last but not the least, the kiddos (my 10 year old daughter and 9 year old niece) who are always geared up to sit on a two wheeler and participate in every food distribution event.

Half Century
I’m so thrilled to share that ‘3PM team’ has reached a significant milestone of empowering *50 clients* on managing personal finance. Hard work and perseverance have paid off. Heartiest congratulations on this achievement!
Back in Sep 2020; there were many doubts in mind, fear of failure, will this work?, is this the right path forward?.. Fast forward 3 years, with no marketing, no social media post, no youtube channel; “3PM team” has trained 50 clients which includes school students, college students, homemakers, working professionals, IT professionals, retired individuals, school teachers, and the list is long.
Our clients are also spread across various parts of the world; Bengaluru, Mandya, Hyderabad, Qatar, Kuwait, USA.
Our next milestone will be to reach 100 clients.

A New Journey
A new thought and a new journey, 3PM team has started to collaborate with schools and other educational institutions to spread the knowledge of managing personal finance.
3PM team would like to thank the management of Swami Vivekananda Vidyashala High School, for allowing us to present Financial Literacy Course.
3PM team gave detailed lectures about various financial instruments and how individuals can benefit with strategies showcased by 3PM.
Week-long program about financial empowerment was well received and successfully completed. 3PM team hopes and wishes all the attendees a wonderful and profitable investment journey.
